Will I have to pay customs and import charges?
International shipments may face customs/import duties depending on the duty and tax laws for the destination country.
For the KSA, Kuwait, UK, and US: no duties or taxes will be due on delivery
For other countries: customs, import duties and other handling charges may apply and are payable by the customer. Please check with the laws of the destination country.
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged.

Where do I find my Airway Bill (AWB) number?
You can see your Airway Bill (AWB) number by easily going to your order details through My Account. Please keep in mind that the AWB will be available only after your order is dispatched.
When will I receive my order?
- Visit us on thegivingmovement.com and select the items you like, select your preferred size and quantity and finally click on Add to Bag.
- Select Continue Shopping if you would like to add more items, or press on Proceed to Checkout to complete your order.
- If you wish to continue as a guest, simply enter your e-mail address to proceed. If you are a returning customer, please log in to proceed. If you are a new customer, register here with your contact details.
- Enter your working phone number and a delivery address to proceed.
- Choose your desired payment method and go to Buy Now.
- Please note that your order can only be delivered to the country you selected while setting your location e.g. If your location is set to UAE, we can only deliver your order within the UAE.
